My daughter came to your store during the last snow and asked for assistance in purchasing the proper wiper blades for her vehicle. In hopes that the "Part Professional " could assist her. The Moran informed her there they are, they are all the same. So she gave it a shot. Unfortunately her guess was incorrect, she returned to the store to seek " Professional " assistance. She said the manager now asked another "Parts Professional" to assist. This time the correct wiper blades were provided. She went out side experienced difficulty installing the blades. The second "Parts Professional" told her to pull harder. She again attempted to complete the installation. This time the wiper arm slipped from her hand and hit the windshield, cracking it. So with great difficulty she over came the installation. So I have to ask are you participating in the DEI culture, employing the mentally challenged? Do the employees know O Reillys Mission Statement and have read the O Reilly Culture policy? Does any one in that store know that FREE WIPER BLADES INSTALLATION is part of the services O Reillys offers to all it is customers? I have used O Reillys for decades and will continue to do so. However, this is a grand opportunity for improvement, coaching, mentoring to succeed. You are welcome in bringing this to you attention. As a father I am extremely upset and would love to address my dismay in person to the Neanderthal and or Intellectually Disabiled Parts Professional and his caregiver for not being diligent in overseeing the Parts Professionals. Sorry I am able to provide any names of the Part Professionals associated with this incident I am sure a check of time sheets could narrow the selection of Professionals lacking in mental capacity to perform as Parts Professionals.
