Like others they have staffing problems. My biggest problem is the fact that they do NOT know their parts. Yet they are quick to diagnose a customers Vehicle and sell them the part that will "supposably" fix it. I think they would be better served learning their parts and become "Parts Professionals" Reply to the Reply: Maybe figure out who you are talking to before leaving a blanket reply like you did. Best customer Service????? How is best customer service possible if you don't know your parts?? What part of you need "Parts Professionals" did you not understand?

Needed some fix a flat and they had several brands and sizes to choose from. The young lady that rang me up was very friendly and professional. It was a good transaction. Update Nov. 18th, 2023. Went in for just a small part. Someone came to help me very quickly. They had plenty of people on duty to help customers, which was refreshing. They no longer are mailing coupons or promotions, so they are asking for phone numbers and emails to send you ads. Nope! If I'm not worth a 25 cent ad to be mailed to me, then I just won't be aware of the specials. This is not the stores fault. All the people working were very professional.

My truck broke down while on a cross country road trip around noon. Now my truck is a 69 F100.. Todd and the guys were able to source the parts I needed and have them on site at 730 the next morning. The staff was tremendously helpful. I can't thank k them enough for all their help. A great group of guys. O'REILLYS should be proud of this store, i know i am.

We needed to change our alternator on the fly and Joseph in this store was AWESOME! He was so willing to go above and beyond to help and answer questions with a great attitude! We even forgot to ask for our military discount and even after a couple hours of working in their parking lot he said “no problem” and gave us the military discount, now refund with a smile! Keep Rocking Joseph!!! Superman ain’t got nothing on you!!
