Just wanna say HUGE shout out to anthony and richard at O鈥檙eilly in Newport Tennessee 馃檹馃徎 they helped me out a bunch with my truck, i was very stressed about being 9 hours away from my home in florida and unfortunately while i was here my thermostat in my truck broke and had me worried about getting back so i went there cause they had my part that i needed, i was able to take the old one out and the new one back in. I dont know much about trucks but anthony was able to reassure me of a few thing after i was able to get it installed and everything worked as should. So thank you guys so much 馃檹馃徎

I took a part back in didn鈥檛 have same card I paid on. They had me run there for four times to speak to diff people. After four visits and a missed day of work they were going to fix it . The employee by accident hit the wrong button and sent it to the account I told them I didn鈥檛 have to start with. I talked to everyone and still haven鈥檛 got my money back . Very unprofessional I鈥檓 getting a lawyer on this
