I pulled into this place after driving 200 miles. My tire was almost flat. I went in for a tire guage (lost mine) and the female suggested Slime Compact/Slime Jr. (tire inflator) and it has been a lifesaver/gamechanger especially for someone on the road traveling/working. I can't thank that employee enough for telling me about Slime.

This place has turned into a joke. I walked in today ask the lady at the front to come check my engine light with the scan tool ok sir no problem let me handle everybody else in the store first. I waited in line 20 min to be told I gotta let everybody else behind me go first that’s not right I won’t be back

My daughter and I received above and beyond great customer service by Lisa Eubanks at O’Reilly Auto Parts of Toccoa. Not only did she take time to help us identify the right part we needed, she also rustled up a couple needed tools that she then lent us to change out the damaged part on location, and throughout demonstrated professional courtesy and a earnest desire to see that our need was met.
