Stop by a few days ago to recycle oil, and was treated rudely by Kevin, who acted like I was a major inconvenience. Previously, Kyle, part of the management team, provided outstanding service, and went above and beyond to steer me in to find this difficult location. Would strongly encourage O'Reilly's to come up with better signage, as I trust many trying to come to this location, simply give up. Prices are noticeably higher than many retailers, but this Merchant does offer a 10% military discount, which helps offset some of that cost. Check it out for yourself, and note the picture I attached, which shows the not so prominent entrance.

Really hard to find. Google maps did not do a great job leading us to this store. I called the store to get directions. The person who answered gave directions. They were very friendly and kind. Helped me with the questions I had as well. Here is a video to help others find it.

Had trouble finding the location, and once I finally did, was unable to get the parts I was looking for. Staff seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by me. Eventually I was informed that this was because this is not an O’Reilly retail store (although they can handle some retail orders) but rather this is a supplier for the retail stores in the metro area. Perhaps adding this to the Google posting would help others not end up here on accident.
