I look every where for,, a 7,10,&14 millimeter sockets for my motorcycle,,it wasn't until I came to napa,,on lake street in south Minneapolis,, that the search was greatly narrowed, that told me exactly where to go to accomplish my goal,, that consideration, and care,, that integrity of service,,is hardly found in. I originally purchase a Optima RedTop battery here two and a half years ago, within 9 months it was dead and swapped for another, within 6 months that second RedTop also died, was brought back, and swapped out for yet another RedTop despite my inquiring about upgrading to a YellowTop instead. Fast forward 8 months and now the third RedTop is totally dead too. I’ve gone through the vehicle these batteries have gone in with a fine tooth comb after the second battery went out (to rule out that the car was killing them). I replaced the alternator with a new one to no avail, replace it with the rebuilt OEM one that was on the car originally also to no avail, I replaced the alternator charging cable with a higher quality/thicker one, I cleaned all my ground points and spent at least 120 hours trying to track down a potential phantom parasitic draw that kept killing these batteries, only to find that there was absolutely no parasitic draw whatsoever. Not sure if your entire shipment of Group 34 Optima RedTop batteries was absolute trash, but I’d like this resolved via replacement with a Group 34 Optima YellowTop. I will gladly update my review if this is done for me to ensure high quality customer service, because having to replace 3 different and very expensive batteries in 2 and a half years is absolutely ridiculous to anyone you could ask.

Bill the manager is the best. He loves to help, knows what he's talking about and will actually open the store before 8 if he sees you sitting out there. Ray's experience was the exception at this NAPA, not the rule. The rest of the staff here are very good, too.

I ordered brake pads Saturday morning about 7:30 it said they were in stock and I should wait for an email before I come and pick them up. I received the email that same day at 3:30 but most of the day was done by then. I don't understand why it takes so many hours to fulfill an order. Apparently, Napa prefers people to come in the store to buy stuff instead of ordering it online and picking it up.
