Have been coming since you opened...here is the issue. I'm not a car guy, never have been, never will be. But whomever the fella was that took my call today 3/30/23 around 215pm...sir.. you need to be more patient and understanding. Because the way you spoke to me today cost you two customers. We quickly called Autozone after hanging up and they set us right up. Will be going there from here on out.

Went in thinking I needed a battery, a alternator, or belt they tested system for free saved me several hundred dollars & let me know my newer vehicle had (in my terms) smart charging where the vehicle only engages alternator when battery needs to be charged & that unlike older model vehicle between 12+to 16 is operating range of "smart charging" on my silverado
