It took 3 tries and all summer to get my vehicle back in acceptable condition. They worked with me after I raised holy hell. Under new management. They have many challenges ahead of them. I'm kinda surprised that in a small town that they aren't in a better state and more interested in customer satisfaction. It took all summer. Need I say more?

dropped my car off through my insurance after a incident with a deer. they warned me that there was a few cars ahead of mine and they would keep me updated 5 weeks went by with no word before i finally called to ask want was going on they said there was one more car ahead of mine, i said ok fine 3 more weeks passed still with no word when i called them again they didnt even know what was goin on with my car the person who awnsered said the previous person who was doing the paperwork quit and they would call me back in a little bit. few hours went by before i called them again pretty annoyed at this point to ask what was happening. to my suprise they said my car was just sitting outside the whole time becasue they didnt know what they were doing with it becasue the previous person had quit and im guessing they never went through there work load, i told them that it wasnt an excuse to let my car sit that whole time how much longer would it have sat if i never called again and again. i got pretty upset and the person said they would pull the car in that night and start on it, i was but glad it was finally getting in the shop. The next morning i get a call that the car was totaled. it took less than 12 hours from the time they said they would look at it to the point of them calling saying it was totaled if it only took 12 hours why did my car sit for over 2 months. not to mention the fact i dont know how they would deem it totaled the way it is. anyway 0/10

I was rear-ended. I needed a new bumper, tailgate, passenger corner panel, and tail light. They were fast and professional. Repair looks great!
