Normally when a store don't have a product they put in an order for the product and have it shipped to the store but now they're charging shipping prices and if you cancel the order you got to lose out your shipping even though it was never shipped never put it in a box never even scared to be put into a box it was never take it off the shelf but they're charging you money.. no way shape or form do they tell you when you're paying for this product that if you cancel your order you don't get your shipping money back. I don't even see it nowhere on the receipt where it says that.. I called to talk to the store manager he hung up on me three times that's real professionalism. I've been shopping with O'Reilly's for years never heard such a thing.. on top of that the order was canceled within less than 24 hours

Went into the store nervous, buying windshield wipers but the staff came out to my car and assembled my wipers for me. I will definitely be back.

I love this store nmandmy time I have questions they're right there and care and on top of it if they don't know they'll even ask you to call back once you find out so they know fir the next customer. And prices are better then auto zone

I believe O'Reilly's is a little bit more knowledgeable then AutoZone. The prices are certainly competitive a lot of times a whole lot less expensive! And I'm saying this from experience not because I hope to acquire anything from this
