O'Reilly Auto Parts

The 4 times I've called over the past couple of years needing a part, twice it just rang and rang and no one ever picked up, once it rang forever and when they eventually awnsered I was put on hold... after 8 minutes of that horrible beeping in my ear I just hung up. Only once did I actually reach someone who awnsered quickly and was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Haven't spoken to that guy for about two years.... I know the store is just understaffed for the amount of business they have, but still... I've learned to just check elsewhere

Always helpful, in and out in a timely manner unlike AutoZone where they just ignore you. By far my favorite auto parts store.

Went in to buy some wiper blades for my car. Gentleman at that this store offered to put them on for me while in the rain! awesome service always!!!

The guy behind the desk was great help, didn't catch his name, but he's a tall black older gentleman. Definitely a great employee in my opinion.

The worst one I've ever been to or seen. The staff waste time they are inconsiderate of other customers waiting in line. On a number of times the Women who works there Skip's the line for people she knows. They take 20 minutes to help each customer. There equipment is always down and cannot test anything. Anytime you ask for the manager they say they're unavailable and won't divulge when the manager will be in. This is a disgrace of a store chain, I will also suggest to everyone and especially my friends and family. Never use O'Riley's again because I won't. They're leadership is a joke. Add to this 5 years later nothing has changed and they leave you on hook any time you call.
