O'Reilly Auto Parts

Do not carry complete parts for some items . Compressor need rings oil, vacuum etc. They do not carry so why buy it there.advance auto had it all. Sorry.

I am not sure his name the the young man working this morning deserves a raise and a promotion. He was all alone in the store it was very busy and he worked hard no complaints and with a smile and great manners. He was helpful and kind to every customer. He never complained nor put aside anyone; even with turning my rotors during all of that. He worked tirelessly and non stop the whole time I was there. Even when the very short dead spot he had he was working. I hope he will get recognized for his dedication. This was the morning of 5/25/24 at the east shockley ferry location

Lazy, ignorant, with absolutely terrible customer service. I went in looking to get brake pads. The lady asked me what year my truck would operate was and with no other Specifics took off into the back to retrieve what would inevitably be the wrong Brake pads. My old brakes were shot and fell apart when I removed the Caliper so when I discovered the new pads weren’t right I was stuck. I spent the next 3 hours on the phone with them only to be told they could not bring me the correct pad (less than 3 miles away) because I wasn’t a business. The manager, who was almost as intelligent as the lady who sold them to me, ran out of excuses and decided he would just hang up on me and then just not answer the store phone when I called back. Long story short, just a little bit of effort could have prevented this whole situation

If they don't have Parts there available . They call O'Reilly In another location, Of course they have in stocks. O" Reilly Number One place when you looking for a Parts for your vehicles car, truck, battery, tools,antifreeze,battery cable, all type bots, ETC) Like I said just like Family 👪 Very friendly for I get inside good.
