If I could put no stars, I would. 1 is being EXTREMELY generous. Manager MICHAEL turned away our business check today because the check NUMBER apparently was less than 500. Mind you, the check number was 1062… which is one thousand and sixty two… which is MORE than 500. Not sure how he manages a store but can’t do simple math. When my employee returned and told me what had happened, I called O Reilly and spoke to Michael. In an extremely dismissive and rude tone, Michael told me the check looked “too new” and didn’t look like an “established” check. And that this is O Reilly policy… I asked him where it says this and he couldn’t answer that question. We have paid with checks at O Reilly before and never had this issue until visiting this location. Our company has been open since 2003…. So a “non established” check is non existent for our company. I have never heard such ignorance. The only good thing I will say is, employee MATT stepped in and was as helpful as he could be to my employee so we do appreciate that but we do not appreciate MICHAEL and his pure ignorance.

1/4 Star more like it. Had the part in my hand and find out it's the only parts store in the chain that doesn't take checks. Went to another store they didn't have it so ordered the previous store find out they try to say they don't have it after I had it in my hand. I've had better customer service at junk yards

Called for a part at the Pleasantburg location in Greenville SC, confirmed they had one on hand and I asked if they could pull it aside for me and that I would be there within 30 minutes to get it. Arrived at the store, they walk to the back for about 2 minutes and then come up to tell me they don’t have it. The employees proceed to show me the screen saying QOH=1, PO Received 4/17/24. No transactions after that date indicating a sale. Then proceed to tell me that the inventory they did must not have caught that it was missing. Did not offer to order it, did not help to locate the part at another store location. Poor customer service, poorly managed store, not a reliable place to get parts.

Been to this several times and everyone I walked in has been on a afternoon not that busy but I do have a massive concern about a employee who named Mike he always smells like heavy alcohol Evan smoking or body spray wouldn't be able to make up for the smell on his breath this is so unprofessional and he should be tested somehow I have seen him being rude to a older man who clearly knows more then he did about cars what a great way to loose business with customers come on O'Reilly's you and corporate are seriously not caring about how a store is ran in today's world...

The best stocked best priced auto parts store. I never go anywhere else . My dealer wanted $36.00 and a 3 day wait for a radiator / heater hose you guys had ir IN stocks for $ 22. . Nothing else needs to be said

I don’t know the fellas name but he’s always at the very first register. I have an Audi a6 i specifically asked for mini bulbs for my signal light. He refused to sell it to me. He literally said “I can’t sell you that bc it’s LED” and I said “no it isn’t I have an 08” I said it 4 times! My mechanic literally text me and said “he doesn’t know what he’s talking about it’s an 08 those are not LED” he in turn said “well my system is saying it is” now when I looked on O’Reilly site it said “mini bulb”! What if I had left and had an accident ?? Absurd! Extremely absurd! AutoZone sold them to me.
