NTB-National Tire & Battery

Just moved to SC and glad I found this place while running errands. All I needed was an oil change but was in and out SUPER fast which I appreciated. Didn't have time to get new wiper blades before I hit the road to get here, but they had them at a good price so I got those as well. Talked with Tom about other services available, and I think they should be able to take care of the majority of basic maintenance on my older car which I don't want to get rid of yet. Other staff members were nice as well. I would give SIX stars if they could get a coffee maker in the waiting room. :)

I returned as a disgruntled customer because I believed I was mislead. I spoke with 3 different staff members, and all of their customer service was top tier. So much in fact that I was put at ease almost immediately because I know the team members I was speaking with truly cared. I ended up speaking with Tom the manager and I see the example the employees get it from. Everyone is as professional and caring as possible. Even when customers are stressed, they keep their cool.

Had a wonderful experience! The staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with even in a last minute situation. Repaired of my old tires and gave me pricing and quotes for new ones that were great and reasonable.

I have dealt with Stacey a couple of times now and she has always been wonderful at the front desk. Natalie is she honest, but she takes me in last minute, which is what I need sometimes.

Tom was very nice and worked with me throughout the process of my car care. I left another shop because I didn’t like their prices or customer service. When I came here, I was treated exactly as a customer should be. Very happy with the work and the shop

Absolutely outstanding experience at this car mechanic shop! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine care and professionalism. Manager Tom runs a top-notch team, and I can’t say enough good things about Bruce, Robert, and Alexx. They changed my tires in just a few hours and went above and beyond every step of the way—from sourcing the tires to completing the service quickly and efficiently. The price was more than fair for the value I received, and what really stood out was how much they truly care about their customers. I always felt heard, and they were more than willing to work with me on timing and details. Exceptional customer service like this is rare—these guys set the bar high. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

Early monday morning as a walk in no appointment I came in to this store asking on getting service of new tires, Tom was the team associate member that assisted me on giving me options on what they had available and explaining me all of them with such a good attitude and very helpful. I did ended up deciding on a set, they were able to take my car to the back within minutes, while I’m in the waiting room Stacy another team associate member was making me feel like at home. Very helpful, clean location, good services. Truly a wonderful place for any car service you may need.

I went into NTB to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Stacy at the front desk, Stacy was able to give me a great deal, and get my car into the bay very quickly. The environment and waiting room was exceptionally clean. Stacy was very communicative, with my inspection on my vehicle. It was an amazing experience at this location.

The team here at the Chalmers location of NTB did an amazing job seeing to me and inspecting my newly purchased used vehicle. Stacy and Sam showed awesome customer service and really worked with me on how to prioritize the maintenance that I needed. I look forward to coming back to this location for further service
