O'Reilly Auto Parts

Well, I went into. O'Reilly to do a follow-up on my application and well I was there I ended up helping a customer replace the batteries on her key don't want to say why but yeah. Today going back and checking up again on the north or South O'Reilly's don't care just want to work. Wish me luck, gone.

The reason for the worst possible rating is I called and ordered a part I urgently needed I asked what time they closed and was told they closed at 9pm I arrived at 8:45pm to find the doors locked I knocked on the door just to be ignored by the sales associate walking back and forth. If business hours are from 8am-9pm I would expect for them to be open until 9pm

Love it there recomond coming here to anyone they will help you out very well and take care of you very well l got help by a lady there because l was looking for paint for my lowrider bike trike and she was very professional and very good and l so love her customer service she deserves a big time raise for her very hard work she does

The customer service was wonderful. Margarita dealt with our issue and she had an excellent "bedside manner" to two women who knew nothing about cars. She also knew just how to help, through knowledge alone. They also had a part we needed that other auto places didnt. I will come back here next time I need auto stuff.

I was in this auto part store last night with my son to buy wipers for his car. Rene helped us with the purchase. He was very helpful and being a big brother. He helped me change the wipers. I have never had such great customer service. Thank you Rene!

Margarita was amazing and super helpful. Very nice and amazing customer service. I will be making this my go to orileys from now on because of her outstanding customer service and her willingness to go above and beyond to help me get everything I needed done . I highly recommend you make this store your one stop shop for auto parts. And if Margaritas’ the one who helps you out you won’t be disappointed. Just want to say thank you again to her and the rest of the helpful amazing staff there!!!
