Horrible Experience I had a terrible experience at this tire shop while visiting family in Santa Maria. The owner tried to charge me $300 for a wheel repair, which is outrageous considering the wheel itself costs only $300-$400 new. To make matters worse, I went to another shop in the same area, and they quoted me just $100 for the same repair. As someone not from this town, I was shocked by the unreasonable pricing and felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I will never return to this shop and definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

Stay away from this so called business the worse customer Service you’ll ever receive from “Bob” yup that’s the guy who looked at my 2011 bmw rim had two tiny cracks needed welding over the phone he said it was around $85-100 roughly so when I arrived on 9/22/22 about 10:45am he said you’ll need to pay $275 I asked Bob why so much the cracks are tiny they charge less than that at other tire welder repair shops his reply “take your wheel and car somewhere else then buy your gonna pay me my money for looking at it”. I was like excuse me you didn’t say there’s a fee just to look at my tire at the counter I asked for a manager Bob replied there’s no manager here and I asked can I get a business card please he replied with a bad attitude “give me my $25 bucks please” he didn’t even want to write up a receipt either as his customer service was being more and. More sketchy I called a Santa Maria PD to witness the poor customer service I was treated THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING ANY REPAIRS HERE READ REVIEWS !!!!

Amazing service! My family has done business with J's for many years. Just before Christmas, I had a blowout on the vehicle I was towing behind my motorhome on the way to SM. Every shop I called would not try to source the tire until after Christmas. This would add an additional 1-2 days delay to our trip. Jose found the specific tire and arranged to have it waiting for us. He had us back on the road the day after Christmas.

Amazing service from J's. I recently had part of my exhaust fall off right outside their shop. I went in and spoke with a few employees who let me borrow a floor jack and I was able to re bolt my exhaust on the side of the road. They did not charge me and were nothing but helpful. Highly recommend, as they are honest, and use good hardware.

Made an appointment a week in advance gfor alignment and they said it was $70 since I was referred. When I came back they didn't know about the appointment so had to wait. Said it would take 30 min. Was there for over an hour waiting. Saw they were done with my car and still waited 25 more min just for someone to charge me. They denied saying it was $70 even after telling them that when i came back before they started the job. Only went there because I was referred on the price when I could've gone to other shops that was reasonably priced. The waiting area place is so dusty, even their chairs were dusty. No air conditioning, the shop was hot inside i was so uncomfortable waiting in that situation over an hour! Terrible shop, better to go somewhere else.
