Nathan & Becca were FANTASTIC! They helped me find and install a new battery for my vehicle so that I could get back on the road quickly. What a huge help in an emergency situation! Definitely will begin going back to O’Reilly because of my experience tonight.

I got a flat tire not too far from their store. I went in an asked if they knew any places that could help fix it and they went and did it themselves! They were all extremely helpful and very nice!!

My son was on his way home from work on 9/20/24 and ran over something in the road causing his tire to go flat. He pulled into the O’Reilly’s in London. The staff working came out and checked on him found out what was going on. They took his tire off, drove him and the tire to a tire shop down the road to be fixed, waited for the tire to get plugged and brought him back and put the tire back on!!! My son offered to pay and they said no need!!! As a mom, I cannot thank the staff enough for being so kind and helping him!!!

If the part you need isn’t in stock, I’d go to another store! Ordering parts from this place, 9 times out of 10 it’s the wrong part, they’ll “forget” to order it or it’s late. Multiple times this has happened now.
