O'Reilly Auto Parts

Great store and staff at this Oreillys. ******************************************** ******************************************** I use them for most of my parts at my shop, they are always ready to help, fast with orders and fast with our parts deliverys wich helps us alot. They are very knowledgeable and dependable. Whenever they haven't had what I want, they can always find it for me. They offer great parts warranties also, I have never had any problems with this store for parts or service. Have been using them for several years.

Stopped in because I used to work at an O'Reilly and the staff has usually been helpful and friendly. Needed to borrow the OBD reader to clear a code, granted I know the employee's aren't allowed to clear codes but the scanner itself can and I was willing to leave my license to borrow it so they didn't have to. Upon arriving, there were two employees. One leaning on the counter and one talking to whom I could only assume was family. I asked to borrow the OBD reader so I could use it and immediately the first employee had the crappiest attitude about me clearing a code. So I asked them to at least come read my code and the second employee stopped leaning to come read my code. He didn't say anything while reading the code, he didn't say to follow him back in, he literally read the code and I followed him back in because I needed to know what it said. When I got to the counter he initially told me a code that didn't belong to my car and then had to change the vehicle in the system to mine and then said I had no code. You could have told me outside that there were no codes. Look, I get you'd rather have fun with family or talk about whatever you want but if either of the employees working there tonight didn't want to be there then you should let your boss know so you can quit. I don't expect you all to be mechanics but you also don't have to give me a terrible attitude because you hate being there. I am only rating them 2 stars because at least one came out to read my car but neither of the gentlemen working today have any kind of customer service and it is a shame to see a place where I could count on service be in shambles.

Anytime I have ever needed anything, they have always been friendly and very helpful. They don't make me feel stupid because I ask questions. They educate and explain. They helped me make sure the brake pads I needed were the right sizes. Their location was clean and well organized and the staff was just so kind and helpful! Thank you guys so much!

They had the lawn mower battery I needed. The young man made sure it was the correct side for the connections. Fantastic visit!!!

Took my car to get the check engine light read to find out whats causing it. But was told that my service engine soon wasnt my check engine light so wasnt able to get it scanned. Took it over to the one on Cassoplis St. They scanned it and told me why it was on. Looks like people at this one dont know their stuff. Guess I'll be going to the one on Cassoplis St. Better people that actually know what their doing
