I came down here on November 28 thanksgiving day looking for brake pads for my vehicle I was short couple of bucks and the gentleman that was helping me was the general manager and he paid for the remaining of my balance I didn’t get his name I just wanted to say thank you very much much and god bless you 10/10 I recommend this o Riley’s store!

The woman working on Saturday morning August 17 was rude. We went in asking for help finding something and asked a young man he went back to look and she said to him “make you take down and look through everything to find it” We went home and it was the wrong size so we came back to exchange it she huffed, grabbed it laughing when she went back, came right back out with a smaller size and we needed a larger. Asked for our money back she ripped up the receipt did not refund our money. please speak to your employee and be sure we are refunded

I clearly stated my need for an engine air filter and was told that the part was in stock. When I arrived the rep thought I meant the oil filter which was out of stock.

Friendly staff who are more than willing to attend your needs. Was going to buy a specific tool and was informed that I could rent it . Even returned entire rental fee when I returned the tool.

Just a regular old O'reilly's auto parts. Nothing crazy. The employees are okay. Sometimes, they take a while to check you out. But nothing different from all other auto parts stores. One large complaint I have is with the oil recycling. I usually come in and recycle my oil here and I do it myself. But recently, they have been opening my containers testing to see if it's oil. Smelling it, touching it pouring it, inspecting it. And to be honest, it's very ridiculous, what they do now. What used to be a 2 minute trip has turned into a 10 minute or 15 minute trip because they need to inspect the oil at such high degrees. I will no longer be recycling my oil here, and it's funny because they probably make money off of the used motor oil.

Ordered a part and paid extra for the 2 day shipping. They mentioned it would be ready for pickup at 11:00am. When I called to see if it was ready they told me it won’t be in till tomorrow. Why the F did I pay for the 2 day shipping when it didn’t arrive on time.
