O'Reilly on Broadway in Geneva was great. I called my order in, and they had what I needed. They had it ready when my wife arrived to pick it up. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

Not sure what's happening but it almost seems like the care isn't there unless it's the two older dudes. The other employees seems to have a lack of interest in helping people. Also when placing orders online I never get the email letting me know when my parts are there and I always have to call to find out. This is definitely annoying when working on someone's car and not your own. Not sure if that's the computer or something else. Seem to definitely have better treatment every time at the Madison location and a larger selection of parts in stock as well.

Most of the time got stuff you need. Good help is hard to find. Tons of questions they can't answer and or just don't care. Staff friendly is a 5 of 10. I'd rather drive to another place. No deals or coupons when you go in and drop 500. Rebates are bogus and force you to in store credit on mail in rebates.
