I walked into the store pretty bummed about what was going on with my car. I door dash and just got a job in galion so I have a bit of a drive back and forth. (2002 pt cruiser overheating) I was greeted by happy faces ready to get me back on the road. They truly went above and beyond as a team. Don't see that much anymore. They didn't have my part in stock so they called around their stores, found me one, and went and picked it up for me. Had all my stuff within a half an hour or so. Thank you Jen and crew. You have a customer for life. ☆☆☆☆☆

Here Goes: came up here this morning because I was getting a part for husband. He was told last night by another store who didn't have the part that they would order it for him and it would be at this store today. That they would price match also. Husband even calls before I get there to make sure the part is there. I get there, there are no other customers. Workers are behind the counter but don't greet me. The rope is there for Covid-19 safety but there is one counter that isn't roped off. I think this is the one they're using since nobody greeted and asked to help me. I get nothing. About 15 seconds later, at the end of the roped counter I finally get "Hey I can get you down here" 'Kevin' is his name and I tell him I'm there to pick up an item discussed between my husband and another worker and they agreed on price matching. Then Kevin gives the "well here's the thing look" and starts on how they won't price match because of how the item is too valuable and not as cheap as a simple brake pad. The whole crook, wanting just to screw people over kinda thing. I have my husband call the store while I am there. I tell Kevin that he is calling. Kevin jumps on the phone before he calls and then the other line rings. And rings. And rings. The other workers don't answer either. They just stand around. I tell Kevin he is calling him and he says "the phone didn't ring" ...HELLO? EVERYONE IN THE STORE HEARD 8-9 RINGS. I tell him him this of course. He answers on the next call. He then tells my husband that he is better off buying the part from the dealer because they refuse to price match. Even though the only reason they have it sitting on their counter at all is because it was ordered for us.

I needed to replace a headlight ASAP. The employee (Brittany) helped me figure out what I needed, retrieved the correct bulb, and even went above and beyond to provide tools to assist with removal of parts surrounding the bulb. All and all, great customer service, will be going back if I'm town for car part needs.

Love this store location; they offer higher quality parts, sure to last longer ! There employees were trying their best to find me a ASD ( Auto Matic Shut Off ) Relay for my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan ! Had To Special Order that item cause it was not kept ready nor avail for customer to have ! But was only$ 16.95 compare to A.Z ...There competitor, a block down the street ! There price was much higher for that same relay $ 19.95 ! So what do you think I did ? Saved some money honey ! Rate a 10 Star !
