Number 7 Auto Plaza 24 hr Towing

When a customer respectfully expresses a reasonable complaint, Hwy 7 Auto front desk would do well to reply apologetically letting the customer know you will look into it. A reply something like, "I'm sorry you had this experience with Hwy 7 Auto and we will look into it to see if there is anything we can do better". With this response, I'd still be a customer dispite a mistake that I didn't discover until 4 months after the servicing I received at Hwy 7 Auto. I discovered the mistake when I was changing to my winter tires. I was trying to give Hwy 7 a heads up on the mistake I found with the full intentions of having them do more work the very same day. I will not delve into the aggrevating pettiness that ensued but I will say it was the sarcastic comment made that helped me decide not to return to Hwy 7 Auto. Signed: Saddened & disappointed.

I blew a rad 100 miles from home, these guys showed up with a flatbed in 35 minutes, gave me a bit of a break on the price and the driver was a really nice guy to talk to the whole drive home. At home now, safe and sound! You can trust these guys.

Nothing but attitude. Driver was rude. Tried to arrange a tow. No quote no call back. Just show up and demand 165$ to tow havelock to marmora seems high but fine. At least they came with a flat bed this time. Last time I watched them tow my 4x4 truck on a wheel lift. They know they're the only game in town and they act like it

Oct 3rd 2024. Absolute life saver. I still feel like apologizing for making John D. (and Number 7) endure a 2 x 4 1/2 hour tow. John D. was competent, professional and very reassuring for such a long and anxious journey. Very human. Very kind. John D. is an asset.
