Excellent service today. Had appointment and was taken early. Chaz was great to work with, knowledgeable and easy going. Nail in tire, got new tire and was on my way in 30 minutes. Nice waiting area and clean restroom. Highly recommend.

I visited the NTB location on park mill run in Hilliard with an unusual problem. I did not have a key for the wheel lock to remove the wheels and install new tires. I had already visited discount tire in sawmill as well as the dealer, both were not able to help in any way. Josh and Chas were both very helpful and understood the situation, thought of ways to get it done and within an hour my car was all set. Chas was very reasonable and while he quoted me a number, the final price was far less than anticipated/quoted because they did not have to do the extra step that was possibly required. This shows the integrity and good ethical standards of Chas, Josh and NTB. I highly recommend this store and will only use them for my future needs for my cars Update: my battery was dead so went to get a new one here, Chas was wonderful he ordered a new battery for me but on testing the battery was fine so he cancelled the battery order VERY HONEST folks Rayna was also very helpful

Awesome help by the manager Chaz. Him and his experienced help, was of great service when I went in the other day. The manager was very sociable and loved to talk about car audio. Been a repeat customer for a few years. Will be back again. . Thank you for your help gents.
