Northeast Truck Parts

Wrongly diagnosed freightliner cascadia. Spent 3 weeks waiting for parts for them to start the job and then advised that the problem is something else which was the original complaint. To make matters worse they proceeded to charge us for tear down when the job did not warrant a tear down for diagnostic. The new owners at this establishment is mediocre at best and rely on techs they can't even communicate with because they are Spanish speaking only. This is very unprofessional.

The owner Vincent does not respect women and their time. His staff Michelle plays coy and nice but takes on the same mentality. They make you come to the shop and then takes days to give a basic diagnostic of the issue. No one ever calls back. You have to constantly call them and get the run around or no help at all. Very unprofessional.

I goto this place for all my truck part needs. I converted all the lighting on my 3 truck to led and purchased everything from this company. My mechanic who has been in the business 20 years could not find a part ( coolant hoses) because my truck is so old (1990) so I thought lets me ask North east and they found it and did not have to pay with an arm or a leg.

They kindly looked at my minibus and diagnosed a problem without charge. (It was self-resolving and didn’t need repair.) If and when I need a repair or parts, I will gladly return.
