Shukri was amazing!!!! My windshield wiper flew off on a a crazyyyy raining night and I was frustrated, and felt overwhelmed…. I went in there frantic and short!! (I’m so sorry) he took his time with me and showed patients! He went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I needed and was safe when I left!!! He is highly recommended and will be the ONLY person I go to in that AutoZone!!! Thank you again Shukri 🫶🏽

Currently here to get a battery changed they asked me for my ID and card information from my online purchase. Mind you I’ve been here before where they’ve never asked for my card information and neither did he actually need it. All he did was look to see if I had it in my possession. Didn’t even match the ID to the card but wanted to be difficult. What if I never had the actual ID on me ? Yeah make it make sense NEVER TF again

Romaine replaced my battery in the rain and wiped it down completely to make sure it was dry before installing. Service was excellent very satisfied. Will come back to this location if needed
