I own 2 cars, Mazda and Toyota. I gave up on Toyota dealership a while ago. It is really hard to find a dealership to trust with your car and trust that they will do the job correctly. Until I found this dealership that they changed my mind. Very professional and I trust them that they will do the job correctly. I service my Toyota myself at home but the Mazda will be always serviced here. Edit: my last visit was not pleasant and they made it difficult. I won't get into details because I don't want to mention names. The two stars for their service manager! The rest is bad

The Collision center at this dealership is awesome!! I came in to have my lower grill looked at due to a bird hitting it and it was knocked out of place. They brought my car in right away and was able to pop it back in like new! It was done quickly and efficiently! My grill looks like it was never damaged and I am very grateful they could fix that for me! Dan was great and provided excellent service! Definitely will be my go to place for any kind of body work!!

One of my tires burst and I had to call in for a same-day appointment. I was prepared to be turned down or treated poorly, but Dominic at the service department was the kindest ray of sunshine from the moment we spoke on the phone. I was able to get in the same morning and have my tire replaced within a couple hours. They even offered me a loaner vehicle! I appreciated the video they sent me walking through their plans and how everything looked. I had no qualms paying dealer prices for such fast and attentive service. North Penn has an exemplary service department and I would absolutely come back.

I can't say enough great things about the service at North Penn Mazda. I am onto my second car from them in 11 years and throughout my time with them they are wonderful. Sue and Will in the service department take the time to listen to your issues with the car (unfortunately with a new car purchase there was a problem but dealt with immediately) and work with you to find the issue and fix it. They are courteous and friendly and make sure your experience with them is top notch. They check in to let you know how things are going with the car all throughout the process making you feel at ease leaving your vehicle with them. I know I am in good hands when it comes to Sue, Will and the gang at North Penn Mazda.
