I am not exaggerating when I tell you Mike (the owner of this company) saved our lives. We were stuck in a drift in the middle the worst annual blizzard warning (during the holidays) and no one would come to help because the roads were closed and plows were done. We finally found Mike. Not only did he tow us out of the original drift, he towed us out of a second drift afterwards, and guided us through the whiteout blizzard to the nearest hotel (15 miles away - where he had to tow us out for a THIRD TIME). He went out of his way and put his own safety at risk to secure ours. I cannot put my gratitude into words. I’ve never been so scared. What he charged was extremely reasonable. I would have paid triple because I truly thought we were going to be stuck for the next 16 hours. It wasn’t the best start to our holiday but we are safe. Mike, we will forever be thankful. 😭

Worst customer services ever!! He left us outside with the car and it was not working he said that help us “ it’s not part of his job” he made my husband feel bad about it. He is diabetic and his sugar was really low so that is why he was asking for help and the guy was so disrespectful to us saying that he had other call and then he left.
