They always give me detailed information and options when it comes to the service of my vehicle. A special mention for Bob he's one of the nicest people I'll ever meet. Trisha said what she was going to do and she did what she said she would do. She provided updates on the repairs to my car without me having to call. I recommend Nissan of Canton 100%. The experience I had is how having your car serviced should be. Very happy.

Came in for my 60k maintenance and got all my stuff quickly. Trisha was very friendly, helpful and informative. Just moved to the area and plan to keep going back!! Only bummer I would say is no shuttle service.

Would be nicer if customer service offers a ride to us when we come in for service. I came for oul change, thought it is 15 min like other places, turn out it is an hour. I wanted to go home in that case, asked for a loaner but they said not in this case. Would be better if i was offered an Uber or so
