Kia service department always does an excellent job every time I come in for service on my vehicle. I am very impressed with your professional customer service. Bart is an excellent mechanic who always takes the time to answer any questions and provides me with all the options available. Kelly is very knowledgeable in all aspects and provided excellent customer service. I also want to thank Harold and Cleveland for their help. I had an oil consumption issue after two test and a piston cleaning the problem still persisted ,at this point I was approaching my 100,000 mile warranty. I came in for my next oil change and told Bart that I was still having to add oil. Bart and Jeff reviewed my issue and got approval for a rebuilt engine. I was so relieved to hear this thinking that nothing could be done reaching the end of my warranty. I took my vehicle in on a Friday by Monday late afternoon,Kelly had called me to tell me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Pretty fast for an engine replacement! Kelly offered to wait because I was 10 minutes away at closing time. I want to thank everybody again in the service department for the great service and resolving my issue.

Anytime I come to Kia of Canton, they take care of me! Every single team member is kind, thoughtful and takes time to go over everything with me! Cleveland is one of those awesome people! I will never go anywhere else as long as I own a Kia!

The good thing I love about the dealership in canton is that they know what they are doing. they check your vehicle and only recommend the things you really need and they dont force you ifnyou dont want it. Cleveland Knight one of the service advisor was incredible. He always takes good care of my car from recalls and service maintenance. its just an amazing experience when your are in Kia of Canton.

Kia of Canton has been my go to for service with my Telluride since 2022. From oil changes to tire rotations to warranty work or even recalls they have assisted me every step of the way. I am much closer to the dealership in Novi but have found their work sub par compared to Kia of Canton. Trustworthy and just a great group of people in Canton.
