If it is anything past an oil change, I won't take it to anyone else. These guys are experienced and they are fair. I was having some issues with my car stemming from deep into the engine. From knowledge and experience, Garrett was able to diagnose this and treat it in a non invasive way. I can't help but imagine other shops might take that as an opportunity to make money. Very grateful to have found these guys. They do great work.

Bought an 04 prius last year from “Hank”. Since purchase it was mostly hassle. For a rebuild that was rebuilt in a shop that replaces old batteries I was quite disappointed to discover recently my hybrid battery is dying. Needs either full replacement or a few new cells. I feel this should’ve been already addressed during the whole rebuild period. When I first bought it, hardly any care was given to detailing. It’s like they took it to red carpet and got the cheapest wash. The radio only picks up one station. When summer came the ac wasn’t working. Hank explained that it needed more freon. When that didn’t work he said it was the computer. The driver’s side still blows out warmer than the passenger. For this I was charged. Then one of the tires blew. Off the wheel. Tow truck company completely messed up my fenders and the undercarriage. I took it to Hank for fixing. They got primer on one of my new tires and there are visible paint running lines where they patched and did not replace those panels. Worst of all. Hank hides behind a contrived personality. Appears friendly but is really just trying to make some cash. My car’s a hot mess. Hank assured me it would not be. I’m extremely disappointed and heavily do not recommend this shop.

I took my Audi for brakes. Garrett is was really accommodating and got my brakes done in almost half a day and in a very reasonable price. He even replaced my lug nut cap free. I'll definitely go there for any car problems in the future.

I have been taking my 2004 Toyota Sequoia, and now 2003 Toyota Tacoma to Garrett for about a year now. Garrett has been honest and straightforward about pricing and recommendations for repairs on both vehicles. I will continue to take my vehicles there and recommend them to others as well.
