Great Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past unfortunately these days. But not with Fix Auto, they are AWESOME!! Very easy to work with. They communicated with me every step of the way & I loved knowing my baby (Honda Accord) was being taken care of. The work done on my vehicle was beautifully done. No need to look further if you’re reading this, you found the only & right place!!

Great work! Great timing! Great communication! I called (too) often, and was given such respect and attention! Never hung up/went a day without giving me an answer on whatever it was I was calling on. Always upfront and gave me the best attention. Esperelda at the front was a joy to meet after all our phone conversation.

Great job looks like new and very reliable on time. Even contacted me to let me know about other issues that needed fixing and kept in contact with me! Oh and great coffee in office free. Made a bad experience turn good and they were very polite. It was nice to deal with a company that wasn’t pushy or mean. Thank you sincerely
