He's not afraid to tell you, "that repair can wait"... Or "let's clear that warning and see if it comes back"... Or "I can't get to your repair today. Take it to PepBoys for that, it's an easy fix. They can maybe do it cheaper and probably won't mess it up".

As always Nick gave my old Honda the personal touch. The AC ran hot. Rather than just refilling it. He carefully checked the system for leaks and test dove it to HIS satisfaction. Then he took time to explain to my Grandson why his Charger squeaks and why he should have asked Granpa to take him to Nick's instead of the Nationally advertised shop.😎
