I came to this auto service through word of mouth of an acquaintance and I can say that it was the best experience I've had in a while with an auto shop. I currently live in Rockland County and was searching for a place that would take care of my car, instruct and explain to me the process and they did just that. My car had issues with its start stop function and would stop randomly. I will more than gladly travel here just to get my car looked at and cared for because they're so professional, amicable, and serious about providing good customer service. They were also very quick in helping out with the issues I was having! I will recommend to anyone that needs a place to get their car well taken care of!

I loved my experience here!!! I came for a regular maintenance and an inspection. In the time it for me to walk down the street and get a coffee from Dunkin and relax for a little, they had called to tell me that it was ready to go. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone! They are very helpful, kind, and really know what they are doing. Thank you guys so much!!!

I brought my mom's Buick Encore, that the dealership after charging $179 diagnostic fee, was unable to get all the check engine lights and codes resolved. The team at New Roc, were able to diagnose, replace valve cover and valve and I was up a running within 2 days. My mom has her truck back, the starter works again both by the remote and the Buick app.. Thanks a lot.

I brought my car in after work and they looked at my car and determined what it needed right away. They also tell you the estimate of the service right away which is very helpful. My car was fixed within a decent amount of time. I also think for what was done on my car it was a fair and reasonable price. The employees are very kind. There were some unexpected things my car needed to get done and they were willing to answer any questions and provide recommendations of what should be fixed right away and what could wait a little. I definitely will be a returning customer and recommend for others to give them a shot!

The most amazing place ever! My car was in need of immediate fixing and they took the car immediately with no wait. I needed a whole new front axle. Thank goodness for them, who found it fast and fixed it. They even worked on a payment plan for me because it was a pricey job. In addition, they fixed my windshield wipers and did the inspection without me even asking and did not up the price. It was so kind of them! They made my car safe for my family. I cannot say how grateful I am for having this new auto body place right next to me. I have the comfort of knowing my car can be fixed and I can set up a payment plan!!! Please if you know people who need a place to fix their cars send them here!!!!!

I got two sets of brand new tires from New Roc Auto Service and they took care of me within a few hours. Great prices and they did inspections for both my vehicles. The team were very accommodating with all my requests and I left a happy customer. Will definitely stop by again to any services for my cars 👍🏽
