New Era Sound

A few years ago, I hired this company to get a few items installed before we left to travel the country. Bingo persuaded us that his somewhat higher price was justified by his assurance of high-quality work. Nothing at this place came out the way we expected it to, even though we spent roughly $4000 there. The worst problem we encountered was with the Century truck cap, which we purchased here, for approximately $3,000, as they were an authorized dealer and installer. About a year after leaving on our trip, we returned to seek assistance with a significant leak from the truck cap cover's door. Bingo informed us that the truck was to blame and that he was unable to fix it. After another year, we have discovered a significant leak coming from the vehicle cover's break light. I have been attempting to get in touch with the manufacturer since I don't want to be turned away at the New Era Sound for a second time (it was a little humiliating), but it appears that their website prevents you from sending messages, so I'm not even able to contact them. I believe there should be simple solutions for these issues we have to attempt to address ourselves, especially after spending $3000. Buyer beware— Century truck caps are made with utterly HORRIBLE craftsmanship, and Bingo won't assist in figuring out how to remedy it. You're on your own!

Had my 2007 dodge charger get a complete sound set up and they did such a great job. When I came to pick up my car they showed me what they did and how it works and was amazed on the sound quality. Definitely will be coming back for more.

These guys deliver Every time! I’ve been coming here since 2011 in highschool. Every time I get a new car, New Era Sound is the next stop! They make sure to give you the best options and bang for your buck! The service is always top tier, they always make you feel like part of their family, super cool, friendly and fast but with the highest quality. I just got my new sound system installed in my car and it sounds insane. From RAP, EDM, and Rock this thing hits the highs and lows with a crisp clear sound. I could write on forever but if you’re looking for a new sound system or to get one installed this is the place no doubt!
