LOMPOC TIRES

I can’t stress enough how horrible the customer service was at this tire shop! I went in for there $185 special they have going on as of now for break pads and resurfaced Rotors. Upon arrival seemed great until I got my quote they wanted to up sale me for parts and labor my vehicle did not need. The guy I believe to be the owner “Jose” lied strait to my face and I did not take it lightly. That same day I taken my vehicle to a different shop and they confirmed I did not need the work he was trying get me to pay for! Don’t trust this shady business!!

I can't emphasize enough how dangerously incompetent this tire shop is. Go in for a simple tire replacement, and you'll get a near-death experience waiting to happen. After they "finish" the job, you'll barely make it a few miles before realizing the tires are improperly installed, causing your car to wobble uncontrollably at high speeds, inevitably causing you to need to seek help from a business that knows what they're doing. To make matters worse, they'll have the audacity to try and upsell you on services you don’t need, claiming brakes are shot, rims are "cracked" etc... It will be obvious they are trying to scam you for extra cash. The staff is more interested in making a quick buck than doing their job right. This place isn’t just bad...it’s dangerous. If you value your safety and don’t want to be ripped off, avoid this place like the plague. Total lack of professionalism and craftsmanship.
