Worst Lexus Dealership on the East Coast. Kris Brown is a complete joke and so is the Technician. As an Investor and Client of Lexus I’m disgusted with the incompetence of their staff and technicians. I paid $240 to diagnose a problem just to be told what we already concluded… I’ll be taking the Vehicle back to Orlando… Parts weren’t even placed back in glove box and tire pressure wasn’t even checked… I doubt I even got an Inspection just a show.

Don't trust them! Brought my car there 2 twice for service and both times I was charged for fluid top off and they didn't top off anything! Nor did they set the tire pressure! You would think they would at least do that considering you can see what the pressure is at right on the dash! I emailed the service manager twice and received no response. Sucks I have to drive an extra 25 minutes to East Haven for service after I bought the car from this dealership. I don't trust them so I'm not paying their $225 an hour labor rate! Do better Joe! Absolute joke! Then they wonder why people don't bring their cars in for service at the stealership

My service advisor, Kent was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He made sure to meet my expectations on my ES 350, thank you Kent. The service team at Lexus were very punctuational and easy to communicate with as well. This was my first service appointment and they are by far better than Jeep service.
