I was a referred to Alfredo and honestly was the best thing that could ever happened to me, he was super helpful and understanding, after all the struggles I went thought with my hit and run collision. He did the best he could do to help me with my insurance claim and in top of everything he did an amazing job! my car looks brand new, I took it to the dealership today for oil change service and they couldn’t believe that the car was ever crashed. Im beyond grateful… highly recommended!!!

So this review is a bit late. Sorry Fredo…It started on June 11th, 2024 when I had an incident with Mayhem. Iykyk! My beloved car, Miss Pearlie, was left in bad shape! I had multiple estimates from shops that were gonna charge me more than the car was worth, or they were too busy to get to me, since I was an out-of-pocket pay instead of insurance. My uncle had a friend that recommended ‘Fredo’ after yet another shop had delayed picking my car up after almost two weeks. My uncle made the call on July 10th, an entire month after the accident, and on July 12 my car was at Fredo’s shop! Not to mention that within 2 weeks my car was done AND the cost was less than two prior estimates I had received. Just to make the story even better, Fredo had my car detailed by Diamond Detailing and when I picked it up, it looked and smelled BRAND NEW!!! Mind you my car is a 2014! Yes! Ten years old! The repair was impeccable and I was thoroughly impressed with not just the work but the service. Fredo communicated with either me or my uncle regularly to provide updates and even sent pics along the way to show the progress. I highly recommend NEI for your auto body repair needs AS WELL AS Diamond Detailing for that new car feel! Thank you Fredo for fixing up my ride!

I was referred to Alfredo and I highly recommend! I dented and scratched my fender and he was able to get the color, order a new one and installed it in less than 3 hours!

Never Ending ingenuity is magnificent I was in a terrible accident my car was a TOTAL LOSS it was mangled up bad I don’t have money for new car just paid this one off I they did a SUPERB JOB my car look brand new I even got new floors they were quick and AWESOME that’s a Bad boy at Never ending ingenuity he did the dam thing at reasonable price too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
