Well Doug didn't do any transmission work for me but. I am selling a vehicle and the man pretty much begged me to hold it for him tonight let's say 12 hrs before he was supposed to come buy it he text me with some b.s story that he's not taking it. A person like that I wouldn't trust just my personal opinion but he's a shady character

Great place! I don't know much about cars, but this man really tries to treat you like family. First I had a radiator problem and he got me in and out! This small business owner has my gratitude and has a long time customer in me!

We had a 2013 Wrangler worked on at Nelson Transmission. Doug was very open and up-front about the anticipated work he needed to do to replace the clutch and some other repairs we were hoping to have done. He had everything quoted, including parts within a day or so and the work was completed within a week. There were parts he needed to find and others that needed to be machined and he took care of everything and kept us well informed. We were extremely happy with the completed work and his overall pricing. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind and we will definitely return for other work as needed.
