Great experience at NC Automotive Repair. Nathan was thorough and honest while helping to resolve my concerns with my Diesel pickup. I was provided a digital diagnostic/inspection, so I understood exactly what was found and the priority of items that needed attention. I highly recommend this shop and I will use NC again for my diesel mechanic needs.

NC Automotive Repair was the best experience I have had in a very long time!! I took my truck in for a repair. He communicated with me the whole time so I knew what was going on. My warranty company was a nightmare to work with, yet he stay in touch with me and communicated every step of the way. Helping me overcome the challenge I had with my warranty. I even had a couple things come up after the initial repair and he took care of it the same day. I would absolutely highly recommend and I will be back for any other work I need done.

Nathan NC automotive is one of the best diesel mechanics I’ve run across yet. He has the proper diagnostic equipment regarding Ford diesel pick up trucks. My truck runs smooth and better than it did before I brought it to him. He’s very polite professional in this man knows his business, I will be bringing my truck back to him again for more work to be done. He’s fair and he’s extremely knowledgeable with Ford diesel pick up trucks. Thank you, Nathan.

Always take my vehicles in to this shop. He communicates and explains what needs done. Also he gets your vehicle in and out very quickly. Highly recommend.
