Broke down outside of Omaha Leaving Fremont from a work Meeting. Absolutely incredibly impressed with the service- They answered on the first ring and head a tow truck to me within (35-45 mins) from Council bluffs during rush hour Traffic. These two brother/ are very responsive and passionate about their business, would highly highly recommend to anybody! Thank you Nick and Luke for the amazing speedy Service you provide 💪

I would highly recommend this company. Awesome customer service on the phone and took good care of my car during the tow. These guys were extremely helpful and not to mention, VERY quick!! Appreciate the last minute hard work!!!

This may be a strange review but I felt the need to write it. It is Christmas eve and my daughters car broke down on the interstate. I called and Luke answered! He was so cool on the phone and gave me a quote and said that he could go pick up the car right away. Huge relief since I had been waiting on another shop to give me a call back but hadn't heard back from them yet. I hung up and not five minutes later the shop called and said they could go pick up the car:/... I called Lucas back and asked if it was OK to cancel his driver? He was so understanding and professional on the phone and said it wasn't a problem. This type of customer service needs to be recognized for what is done as well as the peace of mind for things not done. I will 100% recommend and use River's Edge Towing in the future!

I called and spoke with Lucas at River’s Edge Towing yesterday because I needed one of my vehicles towed to West Omaha with very specific instructions for an after hour drop off! Lucas was awesome in explaining the process and could make the time work for me that I needed him! Lucas sent driver, Brandon, to pick up my vehicle and he was very kind, professional, and efficient! My car was safely dropped off just as it was supposed to be! Thank you Lucas and Brandon for the amazing service! I will refer River’s Edge Towing to everyone! I am a lifelong customer!
