The customer service at Nathan's is exceptional! I stopped in for an estimate and Ray not only gave me a very fair price but contacted my insurance company and worked out the details the same day! Ray kept in touch during the repair. To our amazement Dan called 5 days later with our truck all set. Super nice guys, great job and we couldn't be happier.

Be careful, and avoid using this wrecker service at all costs for your vehicle and personal safety. My RV was towed by Nathan's Body Shop on Thursday, November 16th, 2023. During the initial part of the tow, the driver negligently ran into a live power line with my RV on the top of the flatbed. When this occurred, the driver asked if I would try and remove the live power line from the RV, which I refused. The power line was caught in the awning, and caused damage to my RV. Unfortunately, Nathan's Body Shop did not pay to have the damage repaired on my RV, and claimed they were not responsible, leaving me with limited options. They have never returned my calls when requested, and I could never talk to the owner. Nathan's Body Shop & Wrecker Service was unprofessional in handling this situation, compromised the safety of their customer, and damaged the RV they were towing without correcting the situation.

Great experience in a bad situation. After I got a box truck stuck on the side of the mountain Nathan’s wrecker showed up quickly and the crew got the truck out without damage. I would recommend them to anyone. Quality service at a fair price.

We just got back home to GA after being towed home from Franklin NC. We were stranded the day before and got in touch with Nathan’s to tow us to AutoZone in hopes we could make the repair and be on our way, when that didn’t work out we reached back out and Jackson agreed to tow us the 150 miles back to Georgia on today, a Sunday. We have nothing but good things to say about Jackson, he was kind, professional and enjoyable to chat with on that three hour ride home. I would highly recommend this company and we honestly can’t thank them enough for getting us home safely.
