Ricky is definitely the man! Seriously, he treats you like family the minute you walk through the door. Customer service is excellent, and he even walks you through any issues you may have with the rental company. From the start to the end of the process he is available and accessible every step along the way. The customer service is professional, knowledgeable, respectable, and warm. The quality of the work is exceptional. When I got my car back it was clean inside and out, with no indication that there was ever any damage to the car. I have no hesitation in recommending this business.

My experience with Nassau Collision has been a pleasant one. I got what I call concierge service. Thanks to Rick my Honda Pilot is like brand new again. He dealt with the insurance company, called the car rental company and fixed a few extra things on the car. Honest, kind and patient. The kind of service we all deserve.
