My car looked better than when i first got it from the dealership. They gave me a free installation of my front bumper kit/wing that i bought 3 years ago which i was procrastinating to install. I was there for a Geico repair, and the check-in process was quick, clear, and friendly. I met the service manager Jason, who was absolutely thorough in identifying the places where body work is needed. He was knowledgeable, fast, and courteous. Just got my car back today, and it was beautiful. Really nice work, no complain. Like the detailing they thrown in for me. Bravo Ideal!

This repair shop is very good, my reversing radar is broken, the repairman here quickly repaired it, the technology is very good, This is a new garage which is very good, they washed my car, the manager is very friendly and solved all the problems of my car perfectly, one of the best garage near Long Island.

Visited Ideal after an unfortunate accident. The service I received was impeccable! They did an amazing job on my car and even detailed it before I picked it up. Courteous service and they kept me updated through all phases of my repairs. Drop off and pick up were seamless would definitely recommended .
