Brought my Vw in for a new timing belt. It’s been 6 weeks (over 1 month) and I still have not received my car back. No one has called me to let me know the progress on my vehicle so I went into the building and was told they were fixing the motor mount which has nothing to do with the timing belt. The next day I went back into the building to see the progress and was told the owner went to get a radiation part which after communicating with various mechanics informed me didn’t need to be taken apart as this is a Volkswagen. Told my vehicle will be complete on Thursday. Not told the cost, was never called about any parts needing replaced no one communicates with me. I have received no phone calls, no paperwork on the actual cost of my vehicle and no one even told me they were planning to do a new motor mount until I stopped into the building and left because I was extremely upset knowing a motor mount has nothing to do with a timing belt replacement.
