I payed cash for a part and had to have my return put on a credit card and wait for 7 to 10 days. This is poor business practice and I will never shop there again. If you expect cash back on a return. Good luck. The other parts stores are more than happy to do returns right

I sometimes dread going to part stores because I'm a younger woman and employees tend to assume I know nothing, that attitude just leaves me feeling uncomfortable and upset. I never have to worry about dealing with that at Napa in Vicksburg though! The staff is always willing to help as much as they can and they manage to do so with a friendly attitude. They helped make sure I had everything I needed without realizing how much it meant to me today, they didn't know I had already been stranded without heat in -3° temperatures for a few hours before I walked in. A certain auto store in Portage should take lessons from this Napa team, kindness goes a long way.

I was given the wrong rear windshield wiper. It seem to fit, but when came time to use it, the wiper didn't even touch the windshield. I wanted to take it back, but I couldn't find the receipt and my husband bent it, in order for the wiper to work and do its job. It's no ones fault. My rear wiper doesn't seem to be in the system or in the books.
