The staff was extremely helpful. I was traveling through and noticed my driver side windshield wiper was broken. I stopped in here to pick up a new one. I got a nice named brand wiper at essentially 1/2 price with their sale. The counter person offered his services to come and even install the wiper if I had difficulty.

Love this NAPA! People are always super helpful and knowledgeable. When they don't have our parts, they always get them in pretty quick and let us know right away. It's a great store to go to! Hands down the best auto parts store in Whitehall and the surrounding areas. And if they don't have it, they will let you know where to get it.

These guys are great. I had an overheating issue that turned into a broken Serpentine belt. I called them just after they opened, Taylor sent a mobile mechanic right away with the right belt. Frank, the mechanic, discovered the real problem was a broken water pump. He went back to the shop and got a new one. They had it in stock, I was amazed. Three hours later I was back on the road. Taylor and Frank were very friendly and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend them. So it turns out that on my return trip, a week later driving a different vehicle, I threw a rod and destroyed the engine. So of course I took it to them, Taylor, who was just as friendly as before, and Brian, the owner, found me a new block and they ordered it. I was not as lucky as before, for some reason they don't have blocks in stock, go figure. It was going to take a couple days to get it in, so now I needed a place to stay while I waited. The only motel in town was booked up. Taylor suggested several motels in Three Forks, just down the interstate. I was able to get the last room. Then I had to find a way to get there, Brian to the rescue, he gave a ride to the motel and told me where to go to get food and a beer, which I definitely needed. These guys go over and above any shop I've ever used. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I won't hesitate to use them.

Had the items I needed and one special order part was in THE NEXT MORNING!!!! The guy below this review must be happy with a $2.00 hammer from Harbor Freight as well. My alternator came with a lifetime warranty and roadside assistance if it failed, from the manufacturer. I don't mind paying a little more for piece of mind. That is priceless
