DO NOT go here. I had the tow truck drop my car off there because everyone said it was the best place near butte. they didn’t say anything about a holding fee or an inspection fee…we had to pay $260 to pick it up after no work had been done on it!! they were very rude as well!! do not recommend…take your car literally anywhere else!

DO NOT USE, my son took his pickup to them for diagnostic because it was missing on the fourth cylinder. They told him he needed a new motor and he asked for the diagnostic and a quote. Two weeks later and he has not received either one. $175.00 for the receptionist to tell him he needed a new motor with nothing to back up that statement. I think they saw a young man in shorts and converse shoes and thought they had a sucker, then changed up when they saw him in his work clothes.

Pro Repair Review This place came highly recommended from a friends so I was shocked when I had a terrible experience. Update: The manager, Ron, when I called back about my issues took really good care of me and got my car looked at, re-diagnosed, and fixed right away! He was fantastic and really knows his field. Short Story: I don’t doubt their ability to diagnose vehicles but their scheduling system and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Please read the long story, I go into great detail. Long Story: So my was having issues of dying on my, thought it was the radio draining my battery, and my blower motor was out. I made an appointment a little over a week out for 9am. Got my car there earlier, they took my keys and my phone number and said they would call when they were done. I walked to a restaurant and waited two hour past my appointment time and called for an update. They hadn’t even looked at my car yet and they said it might be seen within the next hour. I waited another hour and walked back to the shop. They still hadn’t looked at it. I asked how many cars where in front of me and they said one. Noticing my aggravation, the mechanic walked over, grabbed my keys and said he could look at it. I told him I’d be back in an hour to get an update. They finally called me while I was waiting to let me know my battery was going bad and they were now looking at my blower motor. I waited another hour before walking back to the store, they found what was wrong with my blower motor and were looking for the parts I needed. I agreed for them to change my battery but I wanted to wait on the blower motor. When it was all said and done, this encounter took 5 hours I didn’t leave there with my new battery installed until a little after 2pm. And it cost me $340. My battery was $190. When I was checking out I spoke to the receptionist and and asked if I could respectfully make a suggestion. I let her know that my aggravation earlier was with the communication because they repeated could not give me an estimated time, I had to ask to see how many cars were in front of me. And they never asked if I could wait longer or if I needed to reschedule my appointment. The receptionist said it was because the boss was not on site and he was the one to tell people what cars to bring in. My issue with this explanation is that I had an appointment, therefore there should have been a schedule of what cars were being seen, with the understanding that there could be delays, in which case they could ask if the customer could wait longer or reschedule; they did not ask. This is my experience, just take that into consideration if you are taking your vehicle here, don’t expect good customer service.

So I’ve hired them a couple times and spent 1500 dollars now and not one thing has changed in the running of my vehicle. Now, which I can’t believe, they put spark plug wires on where 5 of them are pressed against my headers and running worse than when I first brought it in. And worse off, they don’t care now. I’ve given them so much money and my vehicle runs worse. How can any place stay in business while trying to screw over customers. Crazy part is I was recommended by a guy. But Ron just doesn’t care now

First time experience with Pro Repair was great. We had a timing belt/water pump replaced, and our mechanic went above and beyond to make sure he did quality work in what was a more challenging job than usual, yet stuck with the quote. The quote itself was reasonably priced (neither overly high nor overly low), and though the job took longer than expected, for the quality of work, it well worth it. Highly recommend.
