I brought 2AC compressors. Both did not work. I paid $400 for the labor. Now Napa is saying they cannot help. Even though I bought both AC compressors brand new. And spent my time and money running back and forth. I will never recommend napa to anyone unless they fix this situation

I needed to exchanged windshield wipers that they had sold me. I had asked for a set that fit my vehicle. The set they sold me did not fit my vehicle. When I tried to exchange they up charged me by $30 stating they don't make windshield wipers for my vehicle in that price range. When I questioned this I was told by the lady "I don't care, thats what it costs." I asked if I could see the new product and was told I could after I paid. The lady was extremely rude throughout the exchange process. Come to find out she was even the store manager. This is the second time now that I have tried to buy something from Napa and been given the wrong product.

Not transparent or stick to their words. Ordered a pair of bearing as they did not have stock. Called them to cancel the order in an hour as I found the bearing elsewhere at 25% of the cost. I was told the order cannot be cancelled but a return can be processed once they get the inventory. However, they did not accept the return later stating it is a special order!!!
