My High Pressure Fuel Pump went out on my F-150 Saturday night. Knowing everything was closed, I looked it up online, $200- $800 dollar range. Surprisingly, NAPA had an Echlin for around $200+. I called them Monday morning and had the part by 3:00, exact fit, on the road at 3:30, no issues. Check NAPA first, quick, great service and Quality.

They took forever to return 28.00$ to my bank account for returned items although they stated that their employee had done the wrong procedure and it was "out of their hands" it was the banks fault. And although I just bought a new 225.00$ battery with a 36;mos. warranty I couldn't exchange it because my car started up right away even though I continue to have to use my battery jumper at least 3 times a day and the only thing wrong with it is the BATTERY!

These guys always have what I need! The prices are fair, the service is quick. They even helped me isolate a pesky fuse issue with one of my tail lights. They have a great selection of synthetic oils, and good prices on the larger sizes if you do your own oil changes.

I hate to leave one star reviews, but if I don’t, the management will never know the issues. When I walked in, there was about six or seven people in line. I found my item and joined the rest of the payees. Apparently they are woo fully under staff because there was two people behind the counter one of them I think was telling somebody how to rebuild their car because he was talking forever. Second, female, went to the back room to I assume to locate an item. After 10 minutes, she never returned. I think what added to the frustration is the staff behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge the people in line. So after 15 minutes of standing there, I finally gave up replace the item and departed the store.
