Whereas they had the product my husband needed, he picked up one part earlier in the day & the other was going to be delivered from another store to their location later in the day. They let him know it was ready. He asked me to pick it up. We looked at their website & it shows they're open until 6pm. I rushed from the northwest area to Midvale & Valencia and arrived at 5:45 to find a gentleman walking out and locking the door as I was getting out of my car. I quickly engaged the man who much quicker informed me that they were closed. I mentioned the website & he agreed that he was aware, however they closed at 5. I pleaded that a part was already paid for & I just needed to pick it up. He cut me somewhat short & informed me again that they closed at 5 & he couldn't help me as he apologized & walked away to his truck. I was quite frustrated though I understand just wanting to get home. It was his complete lack of concern & he didn't even make eye contact to engage. It delayed our vehicle getting up and running on time for work on Monday.
