The nasty lady behind the counter I’ve seemed to have ruin her day because I brought in a core for return and she got nasty that I asked her for my cash back since I paid in cash over $200 dollars. Very disturbing. Never be back again

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. I have been very displeased with my regular auto parts supplier, and stopped in today to pick up new rotors and pads for a friend's car. The items I needed were in stock, and (unlike the previous reviewer) I was offered a discount on a current promo running. Saved me some money AND gave me the correct part from stock? Great job guys! I'll be back.

NAPA is fairly good at knowing what items to keep in stock and they typically don't cut corners on quality either. I've been very happy over the years for the odds and ends parts I've needed to repair my, and other's vehicles. Thank you team for staying on top of things.

They used to be a five star place, but the last two times I've gone in there I've been very disappointed. The first time, I went to get windshield wipers and I was blown away by how expensive they were and they didn't even offer to install them. After leaving with the windshield wipers I ended up calling an automotive shop and they charged a third of the price and installed them for me. The last time I went in I was shocked about the political talk. The guy behind the desk was talking about Trump and how the other guy must have voted for him. I don't know if he was saying positive or negative things about Trump, but either way, that's not acceptable in any customer service job to be talking about politics.
